Community Science
Community Science is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal publishing scientific outcomes of direct public engagement in the scientific process, documenting the creation of new knowledge and understanding, and/or addressing problems, issues or concerns potentially solvable with scientific approaches. Community Science focuses specifically on work that is performed by, with and for communities. Submission instructions can be found here.
Scope
Community Science encourages submissions across scientific disciplines and is particularly interested in work relevant to multiple disciplines. All contributions should include a community voice or respond to a community priority. They should also explain the benefits of the study to that community. Citizen Science: Theory and Practice
Citizen Science: Theory and Practice is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by Ubiquity Press on behalf of the Citizen Science Association. The journal focuses on advancing the global field of public engagement in science by providing a venue for researchers and practitioners to share best practices in conceiving, developing, implementing, evaluating, and sustaining projects that facilitate public participation in scientific endeavors in any discipline. Scope
CSTP seeks to advance the field by providing a space for scholarly exchanges on public and community involvement in scientifically driven investigation. Journal articles focus on theories and/or practices of citizen science and related endeavors.
