hypothes.is enables sentence-level annotation on top of websites. The annotation serves as a conversation layer over the entire web that works everywhere, without needing implementation by any underlying site.

The hypothes.is plugin for WordPress has been installed on this site in order to facilitate annotation by the Community Science community.

You will note that in addition to hypothes.is annotation, you may also use the blog feature to leave a comment.  This blog functionality is best suited to editorial comment and feedback about the overall content of a project or resource, while hypothes.is annotation is best suited to annotating a specific piece of text or a figure on a page.
